Does anyone know Smokey Bones pulled pork recipe?

i watched Emeril and some others on the Food Channel last January showing pulled pork for superbowl parties..here is what i have gleaned from them, and my daughter-in-law says my pulled pork is THE BEST !!! get a pork butt, which is actually a pork shoulder, run cold water over it, get rid of any blood and set in on top of some aluminum foil fatty side down...enough aluminum foil to later be able to wrap it up from both sides and cover it completely !! cover the pork with plain yellow mustard, this is to hold the spices you will sprinkle it with...spread the yellow mustard all over the top and sides, just enough for a light cover...then 1 st, sprinkle the entire butt except the fatty bottom part which is facing down right now with a good coating of paprika...2nd sprinkel the pork with garlic powder, generously, then onion powder generously 3rd sprinkel with celery salt and black pepper 4th sprinkel with cumin if you want a southwestern taste or skip this step entirely 5th sprinkel the whole exposed butt with another layer of paprika again....this is your rub mixture that you have just applied in layers...now, turn the butt over quickly, so that the fat side is up and facing you, and the butt is sitting on the aluminum foil...take another piece of aluminum foil and put it under the butt facing north and south, where the other piece was facing eat %26amp; west..all pieces should be long enough, so that when you bring them together they will cover the butt and overlap each other on the top of the butt !! now, apply the yellow mustard to the top and sides of the butt, with the fatty part facing you face up...repeat the paprika, garlic %26amp; onion powder, and celery salt %26amp; black pepper, cumin -optional, and paprika again, all sprinkled all over the top and sides...when all the rub has been sprinkled all over...you are ready to seal this baby up...,take the left and right sides of the foil and bring them in and over each other, and then do the same with the north and south sides, or top and bottom parts of the foil also...them push the foil into %26amp; together around the butt snugly and place in a shallow baking dish, 2-3" deep, glass dish, big enough to allow room on both left %26amp; right sides of the butt-to allow room for the gravy or juices that will accumulate during the cooking process--the pan should be 2-3" deep and 2-3" wider than the butt on left %26amp; right sides, before cooking begins...place in the oven at 325 degrees for 6-7-8 hours depending on the weight of the butt....smaller butt 6-7 lbs, 6 hrs or so, 8-9-10 lbs, 8-9 hrs is better...low and slow, bake it until the juices have added up to and inch or more..and test the butt with a fork pushed into the foil, without removing the foil, to see if its tender and done !! check it with a meat thermometer for 150-160 degrees, if in doubt as to whether its done, bake it longer, until its real soft, and the fork will go in easily into the meat through the aluminum foil....take it out, when its done and let it sit for 10-15 minutes still covered in the foil..do not unwrap the foil...let it sit and rest before opening it up....it should be ready to eat and should be soft enough that it is falling apart by itself---cut pieces of it up, place in a serving dish...i use extra large hamburger buns from Wal-mart, their brand, and cole slaw from their deli, not real wet with mayo...we make the sandwiches by putting the meat on the bun, adding BBQ sause, and then add a layer of cole slaw on top..some folks omit the slaw, some folks like the gravy from the meat, instead of BBQ sause, which is great tasting, yet remember its probably the melted fat from the meat, yet it sure is delicious !! serve and enjoy..the leftovers can be kept covered in foil in the baking dish in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, or freeze some and save some !! remember to cook the butt with the fat layer facing up in the cooking dish, so the fat can melt down, during cooking....any other questions..email me..this has turned out to be my most popular dish--everyone loves it- even my wife, who is not a big meat eater, cannot stop eating and making sandwiches of this pulled pork !!! ENJOY AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU !! IF YOU FOLLOW MY RECIPE, LET ME KNOW HOW IT TURNED OUT FOR YOU !!Does anyone know Smokey Bones pulled pork recipe?
We just made this , This past weekend. It was great! It was really to fall off the bone

But, we used a crock pot cooked for 10 hrs. on slow and low . It was not dry. I also made homemade cole slaw to go with it.

Thanks

Nope, but mine at home is just as good. The key is to slow cook the pork ( we use a pork butt or pork shoulder) on the smoker for at least 8 - 10 hours.....Don't add sauce til about 2/3 thru cooking time........Does anyone know Smokey Bones pulled pork recipe?
