O'Charley's or Smokey Bones? Server?

I've never seen this comparison anywhere, so I figured I'd ask.

I have a job offer from both Smokey Bones and O'charley's.



Which do you guys like better/ which would be a better place to work?

Has anyone worked at either?

I like both of their food but I belive you would be better off at O'Charley's. They both have great food but Smokey Bones is a very busy fast past resturant and I belive you would like O'Charley's better and get better tips.
