So anyway my main question is do you get to keep your tips? Or do the restaurant take a certain percentage of it?I am looking for a job in a restaurant and I am 16. below these companies said they hire at 16.?
At Olive Garden, Red Lobster and Smokey Bones you keep your tips. However; most any place, if they serve alcohol you must be 18 to serve. Try for an hourly wage job in a restaurant that has a tip-out for host or bussers. Good way to get a paycheck and some walking around money.
