When would I use this makeup routine?

I have dark brown eyes, light-medium skin tone and wear thin rimmed metallic purple glasses. I've finally mastered this eye makeup look that I hope will become my everyday makeup routine. I've heard that it's a good idea to change up your makeup routine as the seasons change, i.e. pastel shades in the spring, natural or bold in the summer and smokey eyes in fall and winter. What I would like to know is what seasons are best for me to wear this newly mastered makeup routine? Thanks!:)

Makeup Routine:Moisturizer with SPF before I put on any makeup

1.Tinted Moisturizer with SPF

2.Mark Nomadic Eyeshadow on entire lid (please note that this shade has been discontinued and I am working on trying to find a replacement).

3.Contour Eyeshadow-either a nice deep green, deep blue or a deep purple and make an Outer 'V'

4.Silver or Ivory Highlight Eyeshadow on my brow bone and sometimes the inner corner of my eye

5.Contour Eyeliner Pencil on top lids, color is the same as Contour Eyeshadow

6.Black Mascara top lashes and sometimes bottom

7.Tinted Lip Balm or Lip Gloss with SPFWhen would I use this makeup routine?
oh wow hehe i bet tht looks great! :) ive nvr heard anyone say to wear pastels in spring ect. so u can wear it whenever your want to like now! :)
