I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado ex. cab 1500. I want to put either BFGoodrich Baja T/As or Pro Comp Xterrains on it. Also I want to put a 3 or 6 inch lift on it. I have two questions

1) Which lift and size tires would be the best

I would go with the 6in lift and a set of 35/10.50 tires.Pro comp is a good tire and get nice tread life.I have them on my truck.As far as price get ready the truck has an IFS suspension so you are looking at anywhere from $1,600 to $4,000 on the lift kit.Check Petersons off-road mag. for some deals.Check the mag for tires too you can get combo deals that have the wheels tires and hardware mounted and balanced for a fairly reasonable price.
