Go with Iron 400 sb's with the siamesed ports are prone to heat up aluminum to much for there liking. Try Dart Iron Eagle Platinums with 215cc runner's.

But the 2 heads you mentioned are both very good heads, but what ever head you buy get them bare so you can put in the valve springs designed for your cam.Which cylinder heads should i get for my small block Chevy 400 pro comp 210 or RHS 220 for street and strip?
bigger isn't always better if your wanting all that power in the high rpm's get the 220 if you dont get the 210. buttttt that depends if you want it to be strictly for the track or street.Which cylinder heads should i get for my small block Chevy 400 pro comp 210 or RHS 220 for street and strip?
I would chose some cast iron heads. They weigh more but with that much power in a bored out sb, u need all the strength u can get.
