Matte or Shimmer Eyeshadow?

This is my eye makeup routine, am I on the right track the way I place my eyeshadows on my eyelid based on their finish? Also for the spring time I want to wear pastel colors like lavender, baby blue and mint green should the finish for these eyeshadow colors be matte or shimmer? (for going out at night I was going to use the pastel colors as the eyelid color if I wanted to do a smokey eye) for summer I wanted to wear teal eyeshadow should the finish for that eyeshadow be matte or shimmer? What color eyeliner should I wear in the spring if I'm wearing pastel colored eyeshadow? Lastly does OPI or Sally Hansen test their products on animals (that includes both testing the finished product as well as the ingrediants used to make the finished product)? Thanks!:)

1.Shimmer Nude Eyeshadow (whole lid)

2.Shimmer Highlight Eyeshadow (brow bone and inner corner)

3.Matte Contour Eyeshadow (make Outer 'V')

4.Contour Color Eyeliner Pencil (top lids)

The only thing you shouldnt do is put shimmer when highlighting your brow bone. Its fine to put in inner corner as long as its not to much. And for spring go ahead and play with colors and have fun with it and make it shimmer

Yes, both Sally Hansen and OPI test on animals, they are both owned by Coty, Inc., which conducts animal testing.
