How and when do you apply?

Primer and Illuminator to your eyes? I got the NYC smokey eye color for browns. The colors are labeled accordingly, and there are directions on back, with a visual aid. But there's also primer and illuminator included in the compact. But there aren't any directions on where to put them. By the name, I figured u apply primer on your eyes first, but when do u apply illuminatior? Do you apply both of them all over your eye lid(from lash line to brow bone), or just all over your eye lid? Does Illuminator go on top of primer(like a second coat), or is it a layer(like you do with the crease/contour and highlighter colors)?



I don't mess with make up much, and since these techniques are coming out and how to's are there, I'd like to do them right. Thanks for helping.How and when do you apply?
Well i cant help with the illuminator, i havent ever udes it, try googling it?



But primer, you use it before you apply eyeshadow, it just helps keep the eye shadow on %26amp; stops it from creasing, you apply it in all the places you are going to apply your eyeshadow(:How and when do you apply?
I put illuminator in the corner of my eyes, near the tear ducts. It makes your eyes look brighter.
