Glitter and Glam Party!?

Not really sure what is classed as "glamourous" i mean i have an idea (red carpet look/dita von teese when shes fully dressed???? lol) but i dont know what to wear for a Glitter and Glam birthday doo that Im going to. I dont have any cash to go out and buy a new outfit unless its a charity shop/ebay buy lol so what sorta things would u suggest I could wear? I already decided im going to have smokey eyes with glitter on the brow bone and maybe some glitter in my hair and these shoes:
