I have Win Xp pro on my comp,. can i install Win 2k pro on my comp..?
I hav Win Xp in C drive.. can i install Win 2k pro in D drive.. C and D are partitions of same HDD...I have Win Xp pro on my comp,. can i install Win 2k pro on my comp..?

If it's old software you're trying to run, check out a program called DOSBOX (you should be able to find it online and read more about it there....it's free).

Iv just re-installed my win xp pro,my comp was ill.i cant d/load java an my comp says it needs t be modified??

2. It should give you a username and password prompt
3. use administrator for username
4. For password try leaving it blank or try "password" (without the quotes) or try other simple passwords.

i jus take back my computer from the shop yesterday.. after i start my cimputer i accidently placed my hand nearby my cpu ...oh my god..it gives ver ver strong electric shock..thank god im stil alive..but in purpos of testing and accident i already got electric shock for 4 times..by now..now i pate some making tape on the surface of the cpu..there must be some leakage ..but i duno how to stop it..now what im worryin is will this electric shock will effect the graphic card or whatever inside the cpu?? becauze i test using testpen the leakage is all over the cpu..Why my cpu gives me electric shock? any comp pro need your help.?
First check the ground connection in your home , I think your getting shock because of discontinuity in grounding wire with the earthing connection.By the same time a live wire is connected to the ground wire or metal part of the CPU..
In CPU AC voltage part is only SMPS, so v can assume that this is the ill affected part, please check the connections there and check for any discontinuity of ground wire or other miscontact of live wire with the metal body of CPU.

im a beginner Q Basic person, and all i know in it is the basic , Basic strings, and basic looping
so some one want to program this one easily! or tell me a few guiding steps to do it. or just how to start it.
"a list of numbers is to be typed at the Keyboard. after each number is typed, the program should cause two values to be displayed: a count of how many numbers have been typed and the average of all numbers entered to that time. the program should halt when the user types 0.

I purchased the microsoft office pro 2007 on ebay and tried to install it on my comp and it has a error that will pop up. I have windows 7 so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. best way to fix that is to make a copy to a new disk and try to reinstall again, this usually fixes the problem, just make sure you dont lose your code for install, unless you have an oem disk which you dont need to enter one
or your hard drive may be missing files in that case youd have to do a full wipe, not just a reformat, and theres a great tool by western digital, that will do this , its a 3 step process, and will wipe your hd drv, back to when it was like brand new, with no data or files or anything on it

I think so and here are my reasons why.
1 The Euro clubs and i mean clubs not RFU try to get the best players for their teams.
They are not hamstrung by stupid rulings like the kiwis and aussie's are with the you can only play for the club if your eligible for the country crap.
That rule in itself allows for mediocrity not superiority.
2 Quality of product
The Southern Hemisphere trio have got in there heads that they need to speed the game up so they allow the numnuts in the IRB to tinker with the rules (ELV).
The South says yes'm boss the North says hang on a minute .
Why quality of product the super 14 soon to be 15 has mediocre coaches doing a mediocre job in a mediocre comp. Point of reference Colin Cooper how can you have 11 All Blacks in your team and still not make the final any repucussions hell no he will be back next year no accountability at all.
The North resisted the ELV's for as long as they could they didn't have a problem with the rules, we down here in the southern hemisphere claim they play boring rugby to much kicking not enough running yet they pack out stadiums and probably get all there wishes when it comes to the tv deals, why quality of product clubs get to bring the best player they want not knee capped by the club country rule and the player in turn gets to test themselves against good quality opponents in a comp that allows growth.
It may not be the best comp yet but its fast approaching it why the quality :ie rugby: that is produced is light years ahead of us in the south.Proof when was the last time you saw more people at a warriors preseason game than a blues game that alone should have had the alarm bells ringing at NZRU hq.
3 Money the root of all evil
Those at the top half of the world have more money than us on the bottom half, so what, if we had the best and hardest comp money would not be a issue. The NRL has the best league comp but has less money than super league yes they still lose players but the best players stay why cause they wanna be the best in the best comp not the best in a average comp.
Southern Hemi rugby use's money as an excuse they need to wake up between the three nations you have 5 RWC and our domestic comp sux the Northern Hemi has 1 RWC but there domestic comp is on the rise fast and I believe if things stay the same it could be a very long time before a southern team wins another RWC especially if the club country rule stays.

Anyway, you can say a lot about the quality of rugby in the EU cups, but surely that would depend on how you define quality?
There's no doubt in saying there is a lot of talent in the EU leagues, however, all this talent doesn't generally lead to much of a showcase. You tend to find that most the season, games will be contested in tight play by big forwards, and big backs, running into anything and everything, long penalty kicks, drop goals...and the occasional try. Normally from a back row forward who has been passed the ball out of a tackle by a centre and driven it over, or just simply picked the ball up and driven it over. So yes, it is boring. The standard is supposedly good, but it is boring.

I think S14 is under threat from NH, too many stars of the game are being drawn to the NH, and I can't see this trend stopping in the future. I think it will reach a critical point inside the next 5 years where a critical mass of the big name SH stars will be playing the bulk of their rugby in the NH.
The drain of talent has already made the S14 super boring.
If it's so great then why do all the clubs rely on top grade overseas players to support their own b grade ones. If you took the overseas connection away it would be boring garbage. The S14 franchises use players from their own countries 99.9999% of the time.

1 The Euro clubs and i mean clubs not RFU try to get the best players for their teams.
They are not hamstrung by stupid rulings like the kiwis and aussie's are with the you can only play for the club if your eligible for the country crap.
That rule in itself allows for mediocrity not superiority.
2 Quality of product
The Southern Hemisphere trio have got in there heads that they need to speed the game up so they allow the numnuts in the IRB to tinker with the rules (ELV).
The South says yes'm boss the North says hang on a minute .
Why quality of product the super 14 soon to be 15 has mediocre coaches doing a mediocre job in a mediocre comp. Point of reference Colin Cooper how can you have 11 All Blacks in your team and still not make the final any repucussions hell no he will be back next year no accountability at all.
The North resisted the ELV's for as long as they could they didn't have a problem with the rules, we down here in the southern hemisphere claim they play boring rugby to much kicking not enough running yet they pack out stadiums and probably get all there wishes when it comes to the tv deals, why quality of product clubs get to bring the best player they want not knee capped by the club country rule and the player in turn gets to test themselves against good quality opponents in a comp that allows growth.
It may not be the best comp yet but its fast approaching it why the quality :ie rugby: that is produced is light years ahead of us in the south.Proof when was the last time you saw more people at a warriors preseason game than a blues game that alone should have had the alarm bells ringing at NZRU hq.
3 Money the root of all evil
Those at the top half of the world have more money than us on the bottom half, so what, if we had the best and hardest comp money would not be a issue. The NRL has the best league comp but has less money than super league yes they still lose players but the best players stay why cause they wanna be the best in the best comp not the best in a average comp.
Southern Hemi rugby use's money as an excuse they need to wake up between the three nations you have 5 RWC and our domestic comp sux the Northern Hemi has 1 RWC but there domestic comp is on the rise fast and I believe if things stay the same it could be a very long time before a southern team wins another RWC especially if the club country rule stays.

Anyway, you can say a lot about the quality of rugby in the EU cups, but surely that would depend on how you define quality?
There's no doubt in saying there is a lot of talent in the EU leagues, however, all this talent doesn't generally lead to much of a showcase. You tend to find that most the season, games will be contested in tight play by big forwards, and big backs, running into anything and everything, long penalty kicks, drop goals...and the occasional try. Normally from a back row forward who has been passed the ball out of a tackle by a centre and driven it over, or just simply picked the ball up and driven it over. So yes, it is boring. The standard is supposedly good, but it is boring.

Should i get a Macbook or Macbook PRO (details of my comp life included)?

Im just worried about spending the extra money for nothing, you know?Should i get a Macbook or Macbook PRO (details of my comp life included)?
I think the Pro is definitely for you. Macbooks are nice, but the Pros are definitely more powerful, and better suited for handling video editing. The Pros also have better speakers, in my opinion.
You pay the extra to get a machine that will cope with a whole lot more, taking away the limits. The graphics card in a PRO will handle games, you need to install windows XP (I would disable the internet connection for windows - disable all of the services not needed to run the games, just go for a very fast booting Server 2003 installation - you can run CRYSIS very nicely on a MacPro, enough for casual gaming for 6 months or so).
Look at the graphics card, and maximum RAM you can install. Next look at the connections. Macbook Pro would be so much smoother editing video, and faster recoding. I'd recommend normal Macbook more for general office work.Should i get a Macbook or Macbook PRO (details of my comp life included)?
I'm in the same situation like you with being a casual gamer and use a lot of music and picture editors. I've just bought a Macbook Pro because even though its a little more expensive, in the long run its a lot better.

I have an 04' lifted F250 and MX6 pro comp shocks and need settings suggestions?
I have a 8" lifted f250 4x4 with the diesel engine. All spring with no lift blocks. very stiff. I need to know your sugestions on he ride adjustment for the front and rear shocks and what your theory is on your style of dampening (eliminate bounce or float down the road).
I would like to know what I should use with an empty truck and what I should set it at when towing my 10,000 lbs trailer with load distribution.

I am answering this question on a PIII 450mhz with 384mb PC133 RAM (Maxed out) running WinXP pro SP2 with IE7(w/ latest shockwave, java, flash, and quicktime players as well as Y! tool bar and IEspell), AVG7.5 free, an HP printer (driver is a RAM hog), Y! Messenger, Ad-Aware 2007, and RAM idle LE (an excellent program for keeping your RAM free of memory leaks) and it runs just fine. I run CCleaner, Defraggler, and FileHippo UDC often to keep it up to date and relatively error free.

How can I find Channel Frequencies? I recently bought the Pinnicle PCTV HD pro stick ( a comp tv tuner)..?
I recently bought the Pinnicle PCTV HD pro stick ( a comp tv tuner) but it sucks at reception, and i'm not getting any good reception. Needless to day, i'm not happy. The tuner came with an antenna which I can't get good reception with, and i'm not getting many channels tuned.
BUT I can add channels custom, if I knew what the channel frequency was. SO, how do I find a channel's frequency(local? or do Comp TV tuners run on a diff circiut?)
Or, more so, how can I make the TV tuner do everything a REAL TV does.

Why does my comp restart when I run the dvd game NFS Pro Street???
I have no clue why but when ever i run pro street my comp restarts itself. I click the exe to run it and this window shows up with black background and the little blinking underscore. then the curser changes to a cd w/ and arrow on it. Small block cylinder heads have 3/8 rocker arm studs. No problem if you pull the old studs out tap if necessary and install 7/16 rocker-arm studs with push-rod guide plates.
If you have press-in rocker studs GM makes a neet little tool that slides over the old stud and place a new 3/8 rocker arm nut over the stud, tighten and the old stud will pull out. You can do the same thing with a 3/8 deep well impact socket over the stud lay wheel bearing grease down in the square drive end and tighten up a new 3/8 rocker-arm nut

Wow dude.What are u talking It has great effect on the bikes geometry!First you have to be sure that the angle of both forks is equal.Secondly 2cm is much but in a slopping frame if won't be very bad it will work but only on a slopping frame!On a regular frame it will change the geometry in a bad way(I think your bike has a slopping frame-check it)

I think you would be better off going up to the next level. Get a Rockhopper of the same price. It is a better quality bike, even if it doesn't include disc brakes. You can always add them.

If those are you only options, I'd go with the BFG's. I've had great experiences with their A/T's and M/T's. Right now I have 37" Toyo A/T's on my F250. You might look into those as well, GREAT all around tire.

You should try the following:
Download the Windows Vista drivers for the Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000. Make sure you download the right Vista drivers(32/64 bit editions).
You need the 32-bit version of the driver if your computer hasn't got more than 3GB of RAM.
You need the 64-bit version of the driver if your computer has got more than 3 - 3.3 - 3.5GB of RAM.
Make sure you right click on ' My Computer ' -%26gt; Properties.
In the ' System Properties ' window, check the Windows version by looking at what it says in the System section. If it says: Windows Seven Ultimate 64-bit , you're running the 64-bit edition of W7 so you'll need the 64-bit edition of the Logitech driver. No biggie Jeff. He probably wants you to fight pro because of the lack of good mma amateur promotions. When I fought mma I went straight to pro, and did well. If you doubt yourself then don't be a fighter.

One thing I am always suspect about as a fighter are the trainers that are just looking to make money off of their fighters. In that case, going pro is not for your own good but for someone else's. No biggie Jeff. He probably wants you to fight pro because of the lack of good mma amateur promotions. When I fought mma I went straight to pro, and did well. If you doubt yourself then don't be a fighter.
There could be several reasons he may want you to skip amateur...Do you come from a solid wrestling or other combat sports background? Chances are,you probably show a lot of talent. One thing I am always suspect about as a fighter are the trainers that are just looking to make money off of their fighters. In that case, going pro is not for your own good but for someone else's. Also guitar pro plays in midi so if you were able to have it record the notes you play it would have to use your guitar as a midi controller. Now when you play your guitar it cannot record the individual notes because you are plucking or strumming the strings instead of pushing keys or buttons.

Media center is based off XP, so it should work. Was the screensaver installed on XP MCE originally, or is it just a image? If installed, you will need to find the .exe file and reinstall on XP Pro.driving school

I'm in 9th grade and my school just gave all the students personal laptops (not really personal, but like every kid gets their own) My clock is wrong and i want to change it to the correct date/time, but i can't, as they have locked us out of EVERYTHING!!! Even task manager!! it's outrageous!! So anyway, I am a limited account and i asked the computer lady at my school if she could login as admin for a sec to chance the clock. She said "no" then i was all like 'why not?' and she's all 'because we got Deep Freeze on them' for those who don't know, deepfreeze is a program that resets the hard drive when the comp is restarted. So we can download anything we want but they go away when we restart. She said the same with settings. Even if I change the clock deep freeze will change it back, she said. I don't believe her. As above. The comp boots up to the second screen and not the primary one (Dell Main Screen). The curser is elongated as are all the screen icons. When I exit and reboot, all is rectified. If everything looks large when you reach the desktop then it sounds as if Windows is loading its own safe mode universal driver for graphical display rather than your specific one. When you do a warm reboot (without turning the power off) it remembers the settings and that is why it works the 2nd time around.

Every vehicle will be different, that's why the "chalk method" is recommended. It will tell YOU how your particular tire, on your particular Jeep is inflated. Generally, the larger the tire, the less pressure is required. If you can get your TJ weighed somewhere you could use that to get a ballpark figure from the maximum load and pressure marked on the sidewalls.
I used the chalk test to get the pressure for the 33" Goodyear MTRs on my TJ. I didn't get full contact over the width of the tyres till I got down to 18 psi. I have just under 60,000 miles on these tyres now and still have reasonable tread left. I know the pressure is not too low as the pressure only climbs a few psi, and tyres don't get hot, on long high speed runs as it should with correct inflation. Correct tire pressure? using pro comp 33x12.50x15 mud terrain?
Another easy way to check is run thur a puddle of water and check how much tread is in the print. And add or remove whatever air is good for a full print.Its hard to give anyone an exact tire pressure. I am running on my tj maxxis bighorns same size as yours and have 27 lbs.

I'll save you more time. A 4" lift shouldn't need a Tcase kit. But you didn't say what jeep. A wrangler might. If it does you support the transfercase with a jack and unbolt the cross member. The spacers go in and the cross member gets rebolted with the longer bolts. Make sure it's your rear vibrating and not the front drive shaft. If it's the front it's a caster problem and lowering the Tcase WILL make is worse. I'm at 5.5" on my cherokee and didn't put in the tcase drop. Before I lifted it it just had the intake, exuast, and an edge programer that I used very sparringly, usually level one only for the gain in MPG. I was getting a constant 23 MPG as I drove at 70 MPH on the highway with cruise on. Now I'm lucky to get 16 MPG. I don't even check when I tow. Did the lift / big tires effect the drag that much?

That is a lot of extra weight and rolling mass which forces the engine to work harder to keep it all going, which increases fuel consumption. Along with all the extra weight and rolling mass you also have a lot more wind resistance with the truck being higher in the air. I'm not sure how you arrived at a 23mpg figure in a 6.0, you must have been one of the lucky few to get that out of one. You throw a lift and 37" tires on and you think it WON'T kill your MPG. Diesel or not, no vehicle can go uneffected by that kind of change.

I can't remember my QBasic syntax so you'll have to write the code yourself. I'm going to assume you know how to count and calculate an average (which is why you need the count).
Your code will do something like this:

Trying to bridge two 10" pro comp subs to a 1600 legacy amp.?
Is it okay that I ran two wires in the positive terminal on my amp and two wires in the negative terminal. One wire in the positive terminal went to the positive port in my left sub and the other wire in the positive terminal went to the positive port in my right sub and same for the negatives.I'm basically squeezing two wires in to were one is suppost to be. You're describing wiring a pair of subs in parallel, not "bridging". There's no problem with connecting two subs to the same terminals, provided that both sets of wires fit cleanly, and that the amplifier can handle the combined load impedance. For example, if you're connecting a pair of 4-ohm subs, the impedance at the amp outputs will be 2 ohms. Look online for your amp specs to make sure it can handle the load while two subs are ran parallel. If they are single 4 ohm woofers they will create a 2 ohm load. Grab a digital multimeter and put it on the ohm setting to test out the impedance on each woofer just to be sure.

If you are still running the stock control arms, the extra 2" will make driving pretty unbearable, and put too much stress on your suspension components. I would suggest getting a new track bar (Iron Rock Offroad's double shear track bar is great and incredibly strong) because with the extra 2" your axles will be off-center. Also, most suspension kits for the zj over 4" come with a transfer case drop kit, so you would probably want to look into that to keep your drive shaft angles close to stock. Erm, after the 30 days trial it iwll install if you pay for it. And if you uninstall it properly, remove it completly from the reg. Then no it wont slow your pc down.

How to lift 08 chevy silverado with a pro comp 6inch kit?
Here is the Pro Comp Suspension web page with installation instructions for all of their products. All you have to do is find the part number of your lift kit and match it to the number in the "Part #" column on the left. Then click on it and it will take you to a .pdf format page where you can save it to your computer and print it for the install. I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado ex. cab 1500. I want to put either BFGoodrich Baja T/As or Pro Comp Xterrains on it. Also I want to put a 3 or 6 inch lift on it. I have two questions
1) Which lift and size tires would be the best

I would go with the 6in lift and a set of 35/10.50 tires.Pro comp is a good tire and get nice tread life.I have them on my truck.As far as price get ready the truck has an IFS suspension so you are looking at anywhere from $1,600 to $4,000 on the lift kit.Check Petersons off-road mag. for some deals.Check the mag for tires too you can get combo deals that have the wheels tires and hardware mounted and balanced for a fairly reasonable price.

What is a 98 wranglers rim size and will these pro comp rims replace the stock without to much trouble?
Ok SO i have a 98 wrangler stock rims and im trying to figure out if i can just swap out the old rims with some Series 98 Steel Wheel by Pro Comp they have two different sizes they have a 15x8 wheel size with a 5x4.5" bolt pattern with 3.75 backspacing and then they have a wheel that has a 15x10 wheel size with a 5x4.5" bolt pattern and 3.75 backspacing now i just have the basic stock rims and i just bought brand new tires for them so i was trying to find out if i could swap one of theses out with the stock without to much troubleWhat is a 98 wranglers rim size and will these pro comp rims replace the stock without to much trouble?
They will bolt on, but I would doubt those wide wheels would hold your stock tires; then they will no doubt rub inside the wheel wells when turning. I would suggest at least a 2" lift kit, 4" if you go with the wider ones. you have the correct bolt pattern so that's a good start.
The rim width depends on the size tire you bought. Very rarely will you find a tire not used for pro-comp that fits on a 10" rim (running 35x13.5R15 tire or a P325/50R15 or bigger)....which i doubt
Note that the stock size tires probably will not fit well on a 8" wide rim. In general 7" rims will comfortably work with tires up to 10.5" wide (typical) , 8" wide rims work for 9.5" up to 12.5" wide tires and 10" wide rims are used for 12.5" and wider. Not knowing what tires you bought, you need to check what the manufacturer recommends for a rim width. It's very important.
Basically i'm saying unless you have very large tires on the jeep, try to stick to a 7" rim.
